First Time Registering as a Coach?
Welcome! We’re always looking for coaches who are:

Strong leaders who value teamwork, communication and improvement
If this is your first time registering as a coach, you’re welcome to coach in either our Senior WAVL program or our Junior WAVJL program, depending on your experience, goals, and confidence. We support coaches at all levels and help place you where you’ll grow and succeed.
Coaching at Northern Stars means being part of a supportive team, working alongside our coaching coordinators to develop players, plan training blocks and grow our club community. You’ll receive guidance from our Coaching Coordinator and support throughout the season.
Training Venues
Training schedules vary throughout the week and may be held at:

Coaching Requirements
All coaches are required to:
-
Hold a Volleyball WA coaching accreditation (More info here: volleyballwa.com.au/coaching )

Hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
-
Commit to training sessions and game days for the season
Support: If you can’t attend a session or game day, coaches are expected to help source a suitable fill-in.
